The Director General of the Scientific Research Centers, Dr. Dindar Shamsaddin Bari, represented the University of Zakho in a one-week Erasmus+ International Mobility (KA171) programme hosted by the University of Murcia, Spain, as part of the academic partnership between the two universities.
The program brought together faculty members and researchers from several European universities to discuss international academic cooperation, programmes, and scientific research initiatives.
During the visit, Dr. Dindar met with Guillermo Díaz Banos, Dean of the Faculty of Science at the University of Murcia. The meeting focused on supporting researchers and postgraduate students from the University of Zakho in conducting their research at the scientific laboratories of the University of Murcia.
The Dean expressed his readiness to make the University of Murcia’s scientific laboratories available to researchers and postgraduate students from the University of Zakho, whenever needed. Dr. Dindar expressed his appreciation to the Dean and the University of Murcia for their continued support and cooperation.
The participation highlights the University of Zakho’s ongoing efforts to strengthen international academic partnerships and expand research opportunities for its researchers and postgraduate students through Erasmus+ cooperation.
